Our Myth, Made Mortal

Welcome to JK Mythos Co., where folklore meets flair, and ancient creatures get a fresh wardrobe. We’re a Bay Area-based duo—Sita-Marie K. Pillay and Justin J. Neill—a couple of art-loving nerds with a shared obsession for mythology, creatures, comics, books, music, and our beloved pets (some of whom may be cryptids).

We believe in two things wholeheartedly:

1. Dragons are real (every ancient culture can’t be wrong).

2. Art should feel like magic.

At JK Mythos Co., we conjure designs from our own original watercolor, ink, pastel, and digital paintings. Every piece starts with traditional media and our actual hands—Sita's chaotic, mystical brushstrokes in watercolor and ink, and Justin’s bold, moody pastel and digital textures. We use AI not to create our ideas, but to translate our hand-drawn art into bold, apparel-ready designs—think of it as the enchanted armor for our original works.

We retain full rights to our art, and every product is born from a sketchbook, a late-night painting session, or a mythical creature doodled while procrastinating chores.

Sita-Marie also hosts a podcast called 2 Distractible Doctors, where she and her co-host, Dr. Christie Pickel, explore life as ADHD psychologists on opposite coasts. It’s honest, hilarious, and very on-brand chaos.
